Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using the styling and beauty services of Elixr Beauty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not utilize our booking platform or salon services.

2. Service Eligibility

• Clients must be at least 16 years of age to book appointments independently.
• Clients under the age of 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent for any advanced topical dermal or lash treatments.
• We reserve the absolute right to refuse service if we determine a requested treatment is clinically unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable for the client.

3. Booking Validation & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 15% deposit (with a minimum requirement of $20) is required at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final service cost at the time of your appointment.

Prepayment Incentive: Clients who choose to pay for their treatments 100% in full upfront at checkout are exempt from separate deposit metrics but remain strictly bound by the cancellation timeline conditions below.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Shows

Tier 1 (More than 48 Hours Before Appointment): Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund of your deposit (or prepaid amount) or a full transfer of these funds to a new booking date.

Tier 2 (48 Hours to 12 Hours Before Appointment): Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests made within this window are considered "Late Cancellations." The 15% booking deposit is non-refundable but remains fully transferable as a credit to a future booking date. For prepaid bookings, the deposit portion is non-refundable, but the remaining balance is preserved as salon credit.

Tier 3 (Within 12 Hours — The "Danger Zone"): Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of your start time are considered "Short-Notice Cancellations." The deposit amount (or 15% of the total service value) is non-refundable and non-transferable. For prepaid bookings, the deposit portion is forfeited; the remaining balance is preserved as salon account credit toward a future visit.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the deposit/prepayment portion (15% or $20 minimum) is fully forfeited. For prepaid bookings, any remaining balance (excluding the forfeited deposit) will be issued as a salon account credit on your profile.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly. Arrivals delayed up to 10 minutes will result in a shortened treatment time to protect the next guest's slot, but the full service price will still apply. Arrivals delayed beyond 10 minutes cannot be safely accommodated; these sessions will be automatically cancelled and treated as a No-Show.

Final Authorization: All late-notice and no-show processing is managed manually by salon administration, and Elixr Beauty reserves the sole, absolute right to enforce or waive fees based on administrative evaluation.

5. Pricing, Payments, & Promotions

• All menu pricing is detailed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
• Final balances are securely processed in-salon at our reception counter via Square Payments and other authorised providers.
• Service pricing is subject to operational adjustments over time without prior notice.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be validated at the counter.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

6. Salon Etiquette & Professional Conduct

Elixr Beauty is a premium sanctuary. Abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language will result in the immediate termination of the treatment and a permanent ban from future bookings.

7. Digital Infrastructure & Data Security

We operate our booking ecosystem via custom architecture integrated with secure CRM structures. Financial data handling is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Health Disclosures & Aftercare

Clients are required to accurately disclose all relevant medical history, skin medications, allergies, or pregnancies. Elixr Beauty holds zero liability for adverse reactions if a client has failed to disclose relevant health context or neglected aftercare protocols.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Western Australian law, Elixr Beauty's liability is strictly capped at the exact financial amount paid by the client for the specific treatment session in dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these operational parameters at any time. Continued interaction with our booking engines or physical space signifies active agreement to our currently posted terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed and protected by the courts of Western Australia, Australia.
