Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or booking services through Elixr Beauty's website or salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Eligibility

• Clients must be at least 16 years of age.
• Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent for any treatments.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not appropriate or safe for the client.

3. Booking & Deposits

• All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are deducted from your total service cost at the time of your appointment.
• By booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: full deposit refund available upon request.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: deposit will be retained as credit on your Elixr Beauty account. This can be used once and is valid for 12 months.
• No-shows and late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may result in the deposit being forfeited.
• Rescheduling must be done via our online booking portal or by contacting us via phone/email.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe and other authorized providers.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice.

6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be combined with other discounts.
• Free gifts or value-added services are only valid while the offer is live.

7. Conduct & Salon Etiquette

• We expect all clients to treat our staff and other guests with respect.
• Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A delay beyond 10 minutes may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

• We collect personal and usage data via our custom website, CRM systems, and third-party tools including Meta Pixel and automation platforms.
• Data is stored securely via Supabase and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By booking or using our website, you consent to this data collection.

9. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
• Clients should follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Elixr Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from treatments.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
