Deposit and Booking Confirmation

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit amount will be deducted from your final service cost.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment:

• You are entitled to request a full refund of your deposit.
• Refund requests must be made promptly and will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment:

• Your deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited to your Elixr Beauty account to use toward future bookings.
• This credit-for-cancellation option applies only once per client under this 48-hour cancellation window.
• Further cancellations within 48 hours without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of deposits with no credit or refund.

No-shows or cancellations without notice:

• Deposits will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

Deposit Credit Usage

• Deposit credits can be redeemed against any future Elixr Beauty service.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date applied.
• Deposit credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

The Australian Consumer Law provides that consumers have rights relating to services that are not provided with due care and skill or are not fit for purpose.

This policy complies with ACL and does not limit your statutory rights.

If you believe services were not delivered as agreed, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

• Cancellations and refund requests must be made via phone, email, or our booking platform.
• Refunds for cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment will be processed promptly.
• Failure to provide timely notice may affect your eligibility for a refund or credit.

We understand unexpected events occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need special consideration.

Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Elixr Beauty.
